Life has been so much easier ever since you recommended I switch to DBI!! I had so many

Just wanted to thank the DBI staff for all of your help the past couple of months with coordinating the fixing of 20+ office chairs and the purchase of new ones. From coming on site to see what was needed, to your repairman who went through all our employee chairs which needed adjustment and all under 2 hours. I am simply amazed! Also the sales and service team from the outlet showroom were very helpful in sending sample replacement chairs over for us to try. It was a little harder to pick a chair than I thought it would be, but they made the process very easy for us. DBI never disappoints and are all very nice to work with!
