Please use the form below to request warranty service on your Haworth chair(s). Please be sure to fill in as much information as you are able to which will help expedite the process to repair your chair. **Note: you will not be charged for warranty labor or parts on Haworth chairs. In the event that it is determined that the chair is no longer under warranty, chargeable labor and parts will be quoted to you prior to work being completed.
